Due to the worldwide coronavirus outbreak, we have postponed our tour to Greece from April/May of 2020 to May of 2021. All of the relevant details regarding the postponement are listed below.

At the end of this page, you will find a form on which you can indicate:

·         If you approve the changes and plan to join us in 2021

·         If you would like to cancel your place(s) on the tour and receive a refund

·         If you would like to discuss the options further before making a decision

New Tour Details

The new tour will run from May 3rd – 13th, 2021. Travelers on the extension to Santorini will return home on May 17th. The tour itinerary remains unchanged, as do all accommodations and arrangements.

New Tour Financials

All tour payments will be applied to the new tour, and there will be no price increases on paid balances.

If you were to add services (such as adding the extension), these would be priced at 2021 rates. New travelers or travelers who cancel their tour and then rejoin at a later date will pay a 2021 tour price of $4,280, which reflects the yearly increase in supplier pricing.

New Tour Flights

If we made your flights, we will take care of cancelling your arrangements. By early July, we will email you with new flight options for your consideration. If your new flights cost less than your old flights, we will refund you; if your new flights cost more than your old flights, we will bill you.

If you purchased flights on your own, we recommend calling your airline, explaining that your tour was postponed, and asking for a refund or a voucher for future travel with waived change fees. If your flights were cancelled, you are due a monetary refund per the Department of Transportation guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We are keenly aware of the unexpected disruptions caused by this pandemic, and our goal has been to refund all tour payments other than non-recoupable expenses. With this in mind, we are expanding our refund policy beyond the stated terms and conditions. Cancellations received by April 10th, 2020 (the deadline for submitting this form) will be subject to the following per person refund schedule:

Main tour: Refund of 75% (based on total balance, including the single supplement)

Santorini extension: Refund of 50% (based on total balance, including the single supplement)

Flights: Refunded in full (may not be available until 12 months from original purchase date, per airline policies)

Cancellations after the April 10th, 2020 deadline will incur normal cancellation fees (50% of the total tour balance), per the tour terms and conditions. The remaining cancellation deadlines will be postponed by a year beginning with the 25% refund period, which was originally set to begin on March 14th, 2020 and will now begin on March 14th, 2021. Travelers who cancel the tour now but decide to rejoin the tour at a later date will have any non-refunded amounts applied to the tour again. However, rejoining travelers will need to pay the new 2021 rate of $4,280 and will incur an administrative fee of $200 a person.
